How do I login?

Go to the FROSTFIT Dashboard (https://app.arketa.co/frostfit). Select either a live or on-demand class and click through (access varies depending on membership level) and login.

Depending on your membership level, once logged in, you will have access to the on-demand library, live classes, and challenges - simply click through and get your sweat on.

Does the program include all fitness levels?

Yes! There are modifications for beginner, intermediate, and advance. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, our programming will work for you! 

I am logged in but still see class prices

Click through, if the class is included in your membership level, you will have access for free

Can I edit/ change my membership?

Yes, from the dashboard home page, click your profile icon in the top right corner, a drop down menu will appear, select “account settings”

Can I login on multiple devices?

Yes, just make sure you use the same email associated with your membership.

Can I retake classes?

Yes, you can always go back into our on-demand library and retake classes as many times as you’d like.

How can I get access to all the Live classes?
